​Biopsychosocial Assessments

Connected Therapeutic Minds completes biopsychosocial assessments for initial and/or ongoing clinical treatment.

This service can be provided remotely and/or in-person to initiate the treatment process by identifying a clinical mental health diagnosis, areas of need, and treatment goals and objectives.

Connected Therapeutic Minds is available to complete assessments for Medicaid and non-Medicaid programs to include the completion of other clinical documentation, as often as needed.
